Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Bliss Eco Clean BV, established in Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 93640358, and the consumer who makes purchases via our webshop.

1.2 By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

  1. Orders and Agreements

2.1 An agreement is concluded when an order is placed via our website and payment has been received.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse an order or to attach additional conditions to the order.


  1. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices on our website are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payments must be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

3.3 In the event of late payment, we are entitled to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or to suspend delivery.


  1. Delivery

4.1 We aim to deliver orders within [number] working days after receipt of payment. Delivery times are however indicative and not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer at the time of delivery.


  1. Right of withdrawal

5.1 The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving any reason.

5.2 The consumer must return the products in their original condition and packaging in accordance with the instructions of the webshop.


  1. Warranty

6.1 We provide a warranty in accordance with the statutory provisions and the manufacturer's warranty conditions.


  1. Liability

7.1 Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.


  1. Complaints

8.1 Complaints about delivered products must be reported within 30 days of discovery via info@blissecoclean.nl

  1. Force majeur

9.1 In the event of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfil our obligations. Force majeure is understood to mean: any circumstance beyond our control as a result of which the fulfilment of the agreement cannot reasonably be expected by the consumer.


  1. Applicable law and disputes

10.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

10.2 Disputes between parties will initially be settled by means of consultation. If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Bliss Eco Clean BV is established.
